What is the difference between Anthroposophy and Indian Thought? Why should this be important? Is it simply a matter of age or appropriateness for an age? Why did Rudolf Steiner suggest that it would be good if Anthroposophists studied some Vedanta, one of the ancient spiritual philosophies of India? Do the circumstances of our time make different demands upon us now than 100 years ago, when Rudolf Steiner was bringing anthroposophy? By incorporating the fruits of the past can we situate ourselves accurately in the present, so as to align ourselves freely with the future?
